| With the energy deprivation and environment pollution,the Electric Vehicle of zero emission have become more and more populared by the major automobile manufacturers.The research of the Electric Vehicle have become the hot spot of society.For decades,with the automobile industry has been growing strong,countries in the world having been faced with energy and environment challenges.The Electric Vehicles can effectively solve these challenges.So the Electric Vehicle has been more and more played attention and loved by governments and people.And the Electric Vehicle running smoothly,lower noise,spare parts layout diversification,easy maintenance,high efficiency and so on.Mazda6EV as the research object,the research and design of the Electric Vehicle powertrain system in this paper.Powertrain system as the core system of the Electric Vehicle,the function is mainly complete the energy conversion and energy transfer. In the current technical conditions,the goal of the study is properly designed the powertrain system,reasonable choice parameters of parts,making the optimal match of each parameter,achieveing the power and the driving range requirement of the Electric Vehicle.In this paper,the force of the vehicle is analysed,the dynamic model of the vehicle is established. According to the mutuality of parts,the Simulink simulation models of parts and the vehicle are made based on Advisor that is a simulation software of the Electric Vehicle.Such as power motor,batterie and other simulation models.Throughing the model to simulate the vehicle performance,the analysis of the match among main parameters which including the motor power,battery capacity,the transmission gear ratio and others.The degree of each parameter on the vehicle perfoumance is analysed,on this basis resets parameters and optimization.Simulation on the optimization results again.The effectiveness of optimizational results is validated by comparing the data of the simulation before and after optimization.Determine the value of the optimal match about the main parameters. |
