The paper compares the thermal efficiency of the AHP (absorption heat pump) and compression heat pump in recycling waste heat in power plant project through the establishment of model, and thermal economics model is established for heat pump system to analysis and calculate the unit economics cost, to compare heating efficiency of using heat pump heating system with the traditional extraction steam; Thus this project adopts the circulating water absorption heat pump technology to transform the large heating unit. Energy balance analysis was carried out on the heat pump system, puts forward the calculation method for the energy saving effect and its correction methods, put forward feasible test scheme for the renovation project, and analysis accounting energy. Consequently:First, according to the thermal economic evaluation model, defines the power conversion coefficient k compared with parameter A, the efficiency of project application of AHP is higher than the compression heat pump; Second, using thermal economics method to evaluate the thermal economy of the absorption heat pump and extraction steam, combined with specific project and draw a conclusion that the unit cost of AHP is6.02yuan/kWh and the traditional extraction steam heating is6.25yuan/kWh, so AHP heating costs are lower than traditional extraction steam heating in the project application. Third, proposed the concrete transformation plan:ten of the AHP recycle circulating water waste heat of4#unit, namely to4#unit of waste heat of circulating water as low temperature heat source, to drive the heat pump with4#steam turbine heating extraction, to supply network water heated to about80℃, and then through the original heating system, then into the net. Fourth, based on energy balance theory, puts forward the calculation method for the energy saving effect of the heat pump system, and puts forward the calculation method as the modification conditions, and carries on the measurement and calculation analysis of the project, calculated that the AHP system save standard coal about25701.2tons on average. The result shows that the heat pump system can save energy, improve the heating capacity of the unit. For heating in the city area expands unceasingly, enhancing the adaptability of heating unit, it is a kind of practical engineering application.
