A large amount of fuel is consumed in the startup process of coal fired boiler,in order to achieve the purpose of economic energy saving during the boiler startup of the system,variety of energy-saving startup modes are studied.The pure oxygen ignition technology is a new energy saving technology which combines micro oil ignition technology and pure oxygen combustion technology.It can greatly decrease the amount of oil used in cold start and low load stab le combustion.At the same time,the cyclic heating system is used by supercritical boiler start-up system to improve initial temperature of the furnace tube and shorten the startup time.A nd application of fuel saving technology is studied as well.In this paper,the method of management and engineering application is used to reform the pure oxygen ignition system and studied the boiler cyclic heating of 670 MW supercritical once-through coal boiler unit.Analysis results consist of four parts:(1)The principle and technical routes of pure oxygen ignition are studied.(2)For the original design defects of starting characteristics of 670 MW supercritical once-through coal boiler unit,such as large oil of gun oil,the delay of the coal feeding,the new energy saving technology of micro oil ignition technology and pure oxygen combustion technology combined with the ignition in boiler in the process is studied and the micro oil oxygen ignition project is designed and implemented.Aiming at the problems in the implementation of the transformation,such as the pale powder burner ignited difficulties,has been suggested the perfect measure.(3)A new method to improve the initial ignition temperature of the boiler tube by cycle heating,innovatively.A kind of circulation circuit,which is composed of the starting system and the deaerator,which is composed of a supercritical once through boiler is adopted.(4)Comprehensive application of pure oxygen ignition technology and furnace tube circle heating engineering is achieved.The case which is applied in optimization technique in 670 MW supercritical once-through coal boiler unit has been analyzed and evaluated in technological innovation,economic benefit and standard management.The paper provides the instance reference and technical reference about energy saving as boiler start-up for Other supercritical once-through coal boiler unit.It has a positive significance.
