| Jinghai distribution network is a part of Tianjin distribution network. It consists of both urban distribution network and rural distribution network. Therefore, the reliability evaluation of Jinghai distribution network is difficult to be carried on.On the basis of the reliability analysis and the operating management of Jinghai distribution network, the demarcation point management of reliability data and classified voltage management of basic and operating data are discussed. Considering the distribution network is ring structure and open-loop operating, a method of the reliability evaluation of distribution network based on load transfer with constraint of transfer capacity. The recovery types of loads, which the reliability index of loads is calculated according to, are classified by after all supposed fault. A method of the reliability evaluation of distribution network based on Bayesian network is discussed.
