High-rise building structure seismic taken more and more attention. For the high-rise structure,the impact of vertical load is small, but wind load and seismic action dominates this time.Especiallythe seismic action of sudden, uncertainty and destructive has great harm to the human society. Howto reduce the earthquake damage to structures, how to reduce the loss of human property and safetyof life, this is not only the responsibility of the designer, and also the responsibility of the wholehuman society. In this paper, based on the Shandong Linyi Greg, simulation analysis of high-riseshear wall structure, trying to find a reasonable structure layout and in-depth study of seismic, maincontents and results of the study are summarized as follows:â‘ Through summing up the traditional seismic design thoughts, and put forward the deficiencyof the traditional seismic design theory, in which based on the performance of seismic design theory.And introduces the performance based seismic design theory, the basic content and thought withPKPM structure design software by means of analysis of seismic;â‘¡In example of Shandong Greg, to carry out performance theory of seismic design. Thisarticle obtains from the three models, according to the principles of shear wall structure layout indifferent structure, to adjust the stiffness of shear wall of the actual project, the thickness of concretematerial label of software is analyzed from the mass center and stiffness center, just weight ratio,natural vibration period, shear weight ratio and effective mass coefficient data comparison, get thereasonable analysis model;â‘¢From the reasonable analysis model of crust analysis, on the properties of the high-riseshear wall structure based on the seismic analysis, through the elastic time history analysis andectoplastic time history analysis of structural seismic analysis, data analysis, and according to themodel for the displacement between layers and interlayer displacement Angle of analysis andcomparison of the seismic analysis meet the limit stipulated in the specification. In vibration modedecomposition response spectrum method based on the data, and the elastic time history analysis andis based on the data of elastic-plastic time history analysis, for structural seismic performanceevaluation. Elastic-plastic time history analysis results are be safe, elastic time history analysisrelative to the vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method is rather conservative.
