LED lighting and UV germicidal lamp is one of the newest applications of LED. This article carries out research on lighting and UV germicidal lamp and its key technology,developes a LED lighting sterilizing lamp which has been successfully applies to the indoor environment of livestock and poultry farms. The main work of this article focuses on the development of LED lighting and UV germicidal lamp and its key technology.The design includes two parts:the white light LED lamp and the UV germicidal LED lamp. In this article,the light source of both lamps are studied first;Then, according to the performance index of LED lighting germicidal lamp,the plan of the driving power supply and the topology of driving power supply are determined,the white light LED lamp chooses Buck Converter as topology; the UV germicidal LED lamp adopts Flyback Converter as topology;the article also designs the components of the driving power supply, including the EMI filter, the rectification circuit, the power factor correction, the clamp protection circuit, the high-frequency transformer, the linear constant current source and the feedback circuit;then the article analyzes and calculates the parameters of each component.In the article, the development of LED lighting and UV germicidal lamp and its driving power supply are presented. In the laboratory, the voltage of pin drain,the output current,the output voltage waveform and ripple of key parts are tested and analyzed. After a long-term experiment in the practical application environment, the practicability of the whole plan is verified.
