| Nowadays,there are many popular vocabulary for the development of automotive lamp systems,such as Adaptive Headlamp(AFS),Adaptive High Beam(ADB),and LED Array Multi-Pixel Lighting,which has become the development trend of automotive lamp systems in the new era.Also,Audi and Mercedes-Benz emphasize the use of multi-pixel LED automotive light systems.In 2020,China has invested 45.8 billion in the LED multipixel lighting study market to meet the development needs of the automotive intelligent lighting era.However,LED array lights are more expensive than ordinary lights,which is difficult to popularize,easy to decay due to the poor thermal management,thus affecting the life of automobile lights.In addition,there are no industry standards,resulting in uneven product quality,with the same product being 1-2 times difference.Based on this the thermal management of the automotive lamp system will further optimize and design.In this paper,literature review analysis method,finite element analysis method,physical production and testing are used to conduct the following four aspects of study: ?After combing the domestic and foreign study status of automotive lamp system thermal dissipation,it determines the study objectives,contents,ideas and methods;? For the designing and testing of driving circuit parameters of automotive lamp LED arrays,the use of finite element COMSOL simulation software is used to establish and simulate the DC-DC constant current source model,and finally it explores the influencing factors of improving thermal management;? The LCD liquid crystal module of the automobile lamp display also uses the finite element COMSOL simulation software to perform thermal management analysis on the liquid crystal module,and explores the factors that affect the thermal distribution of the liquid crystal module to further improve the thermal management;? Completes system development and testing of the multi-pixel LED array,and uses STM32F103 and APP to achieve various programming applications of the automobile when driverless.Based on the above study on LED array automotive lamp systems,it can optimize thermal management methods for automotive lamp systems,provide new ideas for the display and lighting of driverless automotive lamp as well. |
