In recent years, most of the Guangxi region have entered the medium and largeasphalt pavement repair stage, during the excavation of the road, the road is bound togenerate a lot of waste pavement material,The old cement stabilized macadam is a highstrength and stiffness, antifreeze and water stability are good, but the performance isrelatively poor resistance to cracking, how to recycle this material, has become a way ofscientific research and engineering staff must be addressed.This paper studies the cement, emulsified asphalt, emulsified asphalt cement,fly ash cement four regeneration methods of regeneration Old Cement StabilizedMacadam, sieving through old material to determine the blending ratio of the new material is about20%, by rotating compaction experiments determines the mix of renewable maximum dry density and optimum moisture content, study the regeneration at optimum moisture content and maximum dry density of various mixes of renewable methods unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, strength and other mechanical properties of freeze-thaw splitting, The studyfound the mix of cement regeneration optimal dosage of5%cement, emulsifiedasphalt recycling asphalt emulsion Mixture optimal dosage is7.5%, and analysisof its intensity variation with cement or asphalt emulsion dosage, theage, the orthogonal experiment was made by the cement emulsified asphaltrecycled mixture, found the cement emulsified asphalt mixture strength is mainly determined by the part of the cement, the emulsified asphalt incorporation of recycled mixture has little effect on the strength, but can increase the recycled mixture of flexibility, reducing shrinkage cracking.The best fit of recycled mixture of cement fly ash4%in cement content is4:10:86, found that a certain amount of fly ash can improve the regeneration of mixture strength, through the SEM analysis of the various method of regeneration mechanism of strength, regeneration method to evaluate the effect of these, thinks that the cement powder ash and cement emulsified asphalt recycled methods in improving the performance of old cement stabilized macadamis results in better performance, can be used in engineering.Finally, this paper studies the regeneration of old cement stabilized macadam base construction methods including mixing plant regeneration, in situ regenerationut ilization and multiple head local crushing recycling, and their applicable scope,construction process and quality control, through investigating the Guangxi region traffic, pavement material usage, structural forms, sum up the basic structure of the five original asphalt pavement, according to the basic structure of the five kinds of asphalt pavement of semi rigid baseregeneration and using the software HPDS2006calculated for each layer of asphalt pavement thickness, reach the different of semi rigid base asphalt pavement regeneration of typical structure that provides certain reference value for the construction technology of semi rigid base recycling.
