Our country has changed from highway construction to highway maintenance,which will produce a large number of waste pavement materials.Reasonable use of these materials can save a lot of resources to protect the ecological environment,in line with sustainable development strategy.At present,there are few domestic and international researches on the regeneration of foam asphalt from cement stabilized materials.Therefore,the research on the technology of cement stabilized macadam foam asphalt recycling has good practical value and important practical significance.In this paper,the cement stabilized macadam base RAP material as the object,to carry out the cement stabilized macadam foam asphalt mixture mix design,Study on the mixing conditions and road performance of the regenerated mixture,and then study the Cold In-Place Recycling technology of cement stabilized macadam foam asphalt.The performance of cement stabilized macadam asphalt mixture is affected by the curing conditions,the amount of mixing water,the mixing temperature,the amount of cement and the amount of foam asphalt.The lower filler content,the strength of the recycled mixture is smaller,the stability is poor;The optimum mixing water content of cement stabilized macadam(gravel)foam asphalt regeneration mixture is 80% OMC(75% OMC);The optimum asphalt content is 2.5%,and the splitting strength and compressive strength are the largest;The cement stabilized macadam asphalt mixture has good shrinkage performance,and its shrinkage coefficient is about 50% of cement stabilized recycled material.The amount of cement will affect the shrinkage performance of the recycled mixture.The effect of cement content on the performance of cement stabilized gravel foam asphalt recycled mixture is better than that of cement stabilized macadam asphalt mixture;The maximum amount of cement should be no more than 2.5%.The temperature sensitivity of cement stabilized macadam foam asphalt recycled mixture is smaller than that of common asphalt mixture and RAP recycled mixture.In order to ensure the performance of recycled mixture,should not bein the temperature below 10 ? when the construction.Foam asphalt recycling mode is relatively high investment,but the long-term benefit is better.The research results of this paper have a positive effect on the recycling of waste pavement materials,and have a good guiding effect on the popularization and application of cement stabilized macadam foam asphalt regeneration technology.
