As the fast development of economic of our country, the scale ofinfrastructure is bigger and bigger. The dumper truck has becomes the most populartransport machine in construction, because it has the advantage of efficient, fast, andsaving labor force. The property of dumper truck has a great effect on the wholecountry’s economical construction. So it’s necessary for us to study how to improve theproperty of dumper truck. It may happen cocked head or rollover accident when thedumper truck is lifting it’s hold, because it can’t discharge cargo in time. So the paperfocus on the safety of dumper truck’s lifting. The paper finds out the two factors whichhave a great effect on the dumper truck’s safe lifting, that is dumper truck’s lifting angleand climbing angle, by analyzing the dangerous accident. And the paper finds out thelifting angle and the climbing angle’s relationship which can ensure the safety of lifting,by analyzing the limit safe status of dumper truck. And the relationship is just the baseof lifting mechanism control system devised by the paper.Automobile network has been becoming the current automobile’s developmenttendency, which makes the automobile more smart and more safety. And nowCAN-BUS is the most popular automobile bus, which has became the importantquestion studied by all kinds of automobile factory. The CAN-BUS has been used indumper truck, but not including the lifting mechanism. So the paper devises the liftingmechanism control system of dumper truck which can be connected into CAN networkof dumper truck by using CAN-BUS.The paper makes DONGFENG153dumper truck as study target, which ispopular in the dumper truck market. The paper finds out the safe lifting’s condition byputting the related data into the kinetic equation. That is when the dumper truck is on afixed slope, the lifting angle should meet the condition. And the paper makes use of thecondition to control the motor’s movement. So the paper should watch at the change oflifting angle and climbing angle. The paper uses angle transducer to measure the liftingangle, and uses tri-axis accelerometer to measure the climbing angle, which should betransmitted on CAN-BUS. And then, the MCU get angle information from CAN-BUS. The MCU will judge wether the dumper truck is in dangerous condition. If the dumpertruck is in danger, the MCU will send the order to stop the motor running on CAN-BUS,which can make the dumper truck’s lifting more safely.
