| In recent years, CFST arch bridge has been widely used in China, for its beautiful appearance and unique structural properties, such as its light weight, high strength, high load capacity, high stiffness, easy installatiing etc.In the construction process of CFST arch bridge, structural deformation is relatively large. The influence of the arch rib alignment on the stress of the arch bridge is significant. In order to guarantee the final rib alignment and stress meet the design demands, the CFST arch bridge must be controlled in its construction process.Based on the background of Jinpan Bridge, which has been built in Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province, this paper has studied the related CFST arch bridge construction control technology including the monitoring and control of structural deformation and stress during the construction process. The paper firstly established the analysis model of Jinpan CFST arch bridge by the space finite element method and analyzed its mechanical behavior in the key working cases. The basic theory and method of the construction control is discussed. According to the construction method and mechanical characteristics of Jinpan Bridge, the paper makes the corresponding construction control project and work plan. Secondly, aiming at the main construction process of CFST arch bridge which has been confirmed by the project owner and the builder, this paper simulated and analyzed the course of core concrete pumping. Three aspects have been discussed in detail:stress, deformation and stability. At the same time, the related parameter has been monitored and effectively controlled in construction site. Finally, this paper also studied the monitoring and control of suspender cable tension during construction, put forward a method of suspender tensioning for the thrust CFST arch bridge, whose vertical and horizontal beam of bridge deck system is cast in place. The paper compared and analyzed the method and formula of cable, tension test. The results showed that the proposed suspender cable tension testing method is reasonable. It meets the scheduled requirements of design and construction. |
