Nanning Municpal Water Street Area Planning And Design Of Traditional Style

Water Street area is located in the old city range of Nanning, close to the edge of historical and cultural blocks..instead of belong to the historical and cultural blocks. Local buildings setting together in old streets of the area formed characterized street charm with commercial premises deriving from this place, a strong flavor can be reflected from all of these. Though a series of old city reconstructions, the area still retains some traditional spatial texture, but mix of historical and modern architecture,within few Format, as well as a lot of original residents moved out and the floating population moved in, and single-formed commerce, what make this area declining. As the area surrounding the historical and cultural blocks, Water Street area have to solve the problems of traditional style continuity and meet the urgent needs of urban renewal.In order to resolve this contradiction.In order to settle this contradiction, this study put forward a design scheme of traditional character of Water Street area by means of urban landscape planning designing. In order to find a balance between old city renewal and historical inheriting, starting from the macro level, micro level, microcosmic level of Historical Street building level, this paper put forward the traditional style of planning and design for the area for achieving the organic renewal and traditional style protection purposes.This analysis, through field research and the present situation and problems of the traditional style, to describe the current situation and problems faced, that the area is necessary to carry out renovation. This study put forward the water street area is divided into traditional streets, traditional style, traditional style remodeling district continuation of three scene area. Based on the identifying the style and pattern of this area, in order to further the study of spatial pattern of traditional style design form and bring visitors psychological experience, this research put forward the point of view on coordinating style design for different styles of streets. The author chooses five representative path in Water Street area, the planning and design of architectural style, function positioning, street space landscape elements were studied. Research in the area of the landscape, determined based on division of the Jiefang Road style, put forward "environment protection", aiming at Water Street presents"style reconstruction", according to the proposed stone alley "feature extraction",according to the way forward "benevolence," style continuity "put forward optimization design style" etc. suggest Xing Han Jie, has a reference value to the city construction and scientific decision. According to the study of historical buildings, mentioned in the"activation" strategy, has strong operability and universality, can be used as a kind of project implementation operation reference.
