Research On Urban Design Of Urban Texture Control Guidelines In Historical Scenery Areas

For historic districts,China has strict criteria for consideration and protection measures,and the style of the area is not better than that of historic districts.In recent years,the renewal of the old city has become increasingly fierce.In the renewal of the old city,there are many historical sites and the status is poor and it is difficult to update.In addition,social development also puts forward new requirements for the updating of historical landscape areas.Due to the improvement of the living standards of residents and the improvement of their quality of life requirements,the demand for the renewal and development of landscape areas is also growing,making the historical landscape areas in The two poles of protection and development are struggling.However,there is a lack of targeted protection and control measures in historical locations.The important reason is that there is a lack of research on the protection of ontology-a clear understanding of historic features and corresponding technical methods.Therefore,urban design guidelines management is an important technical link.In view of the current protection and development dilemma of historic landscape areas,in the aspect of protection and control technology,the exploration of the ontology elements of historic landscape areas-the guideline for urban design of historical textures is The problem that will be addressed.At least in the aspect of management and control technology,the problems of the protection and control of the texture protection are solved,and effective technical methods are provided to promote the protection and renewal of the large-scale and historic landscape areas.The first chapter of the first part of this paper introduces the background,purpose,main content and framework of the thesis research.In the second chapter,this paper chooses the historical style of Zhongyi Street as the carrier of design research.First,we will sort out the basic information of Zhongyi Street Area,understand the basic information of Zhongyi Street Style Area,classify the research information,and extract the basic data related to the formation of the region.Then,we will formulate rules for the formation of the historical style of Zhongyi Street.A study was conducted to summarize its characteristics at the site level,the texture level and the building level,and the basic rules for the production of the Loyal Street Scenic Area were sorted out so that the rules could restore the original site appearance as much as possible.The third chapter is to design the experimental part.First,set up different verification scenarios—based on reconstruction,transformation,merger and redevelopment,the three most common update modes,select suitable experimental plots,and then,based on the site rules that have been extracted,In different situations,design experiments are conducted to explore the applicability of the original site rules,and the feasibility of the original site rules is judged through different perspectives such as general plane,axis side,and human eyes,and then the reservation,modification,or deletion of the original site form is selected.Rules,with a view to finding the smallest combination rule that can control the appearance of the site,finally generate a new collection of site rule generation elements and propose design guidelines.In the last chapter,urban design is based on the combination of the smallest rules,and the applicability of the guidelines is again verified.These studies have important implications for urbanization,but there are still a large number of Chinese cities that need to be updated.
