| Fast large flow throttle valve in hydraulic throttle valve is a special one,with its special properties,applied to the operation precision, fast response situations widely,especially in Military field and precision control and so on.In this paper, combined with a certain type of aircraft hydraulic principle diagram of steering system,analysis to obtain,throttle valve played an important role in this field.Using AMESim software response simulations under ideal state,and the most important thing to use the FLUENT software levels the forerunner of throttle valve and the main liquidity analyzed and use the method of theoretical calculation to verify.Firstly, introducing the classical typical throttle valve flow area calculation method, is laid basis for the research of this topic throttle valve port area is laid basis,as the same time providing theoretical basis for the flow area of the throttle valve for this paper.using MATHCAD writing a program to idea the throttle valve port area to provide aspects of step Software simulation.Secondly,combining with PROE software for different levels the opening size of the forerunner and the main modeling,meshing different model built by using software GAMBIT, importing FLUENT in steady state analysis of the liquidity,concluding pressure distribution, velocity distribution, flow properties and the size of the fluid dynamics.Through the section figure, three-dimensional figure intuitive reflect the forerunner level and primary level internal flows.Finally,based on the analysis of the throttle valve flow characteristics the forerunner level,2main factors affecting the forerunner level fast moving,Feed oil hole and the valve core axis Angleα and the end of the feed oil hole and the function of the valve core.Using PROE to change Mass modeling,with FLUENT line by a large number of simulation, determine the optimal improvement scheme. |
