Abstract:With the rapid development of wind power in the global economy,shortages energygradually become of the focus attention, growth rate of wind power gear box of the geartransmission is wind power as an important component.therefore,it is necessary to workover the contact performance of the wind power gear in meshing process.the growth rate ofwind power gear transmission is developing toward the efficient and super speed loads.Theincreasing power of gear system and acceleration rationality speed,not only make the noiseand vibration problem more important,but also affect the safety and reliability of thetransmission system.consequently, profile tooth is very important mission to solve thevibration and noise.First of all,the analysis use the wind power growth gear FEM touching and numericalsolution was recommend,and the basic theory finite element method of the FEM contact andsolving basic calculations were researched,and the describes the type of contact contactarithmetic of the gear wind power increasing gear box was talk overed where it was inANSYS.Secondly, the models with the method of parametric design UG NX were established,themodel assembly and assembly and dynamic contact with the dynamic finite element analysismethods for wind power gear meshing its models characteristics of the process to makecontact analysis, the contact stress and strain and different contact position was calculated,andthe change trend of the tooth root stress, then, to the gear after practice also used the samemethod to display dynamics contact analysis, the analysis meshing force and the contactstress the different contact position detailed,so as to helps optimize the reliability of thegrowth rate of wind power gear.Finally, the hertz calculated of wind power gear was did,the finite element analysis wasdid in the finite element analysis using ANSYS Workbench. And to obtain the maximumamount of modification, the exactness of the finite element method numerical calculated hasbeen,the designing consultation and foundation for the reliability of the design and optimization of the growth rate of wind power gear was offered.
