Wood has a history of thousands of years in China, also it has a wider distribution inxinjiang region. Most of these buildings use local materials, adopting XinJiangYang this treeof fast growth and large annual production as a construction of wood. The various forms oftimberwork building in different parts deeply roots in their religious cultural background, andbecome a valuable material and cultural heritage which contain historical and cultural value.Many scholars at home and abroad have already use fibre cloth(FRP cloth) to reinforce woodstructure, and obtained certain achievement. But the analyses of bearing capacity ofXinJiangYang fiber reinforced beams is less.In order to be able to make fiber cloth reinforcingXinJiangYang technology widely used,a preliminary study is needed to offer certain referencefor engineering reinforcement.Based on the rectangular cross section29XinJiangYang beams of the static compressiontest, considering the9kinds of reinforcing way: perfusion structure reinforcement, the crackspecimen CFRP stick a layer of reinforcement and CFRP stick CFRP stick a layer betweentwo layers of reinforcement, reinforcement, CFRP interval stick two layers of reinforcementand BFRP stick a layer of reinforcement and BFRP stick BFRP posted a layer between twolayers of reinforcement, reinforcement, the relationship between load and strain,at the sametime to determine the moisture content of xinjiang poplar, and compares the to column andcolumn reinforcement is obtained, the following conclusions: due to the axial constraint of thefiber in a timber wood columns to be enhanced lateral stiffness and integrity, thus thecompressive bearing capacity and ductility have greatly improved; the effect of basalt fibercloth reinforcement is better than that of carbon fiber cloth reinforcement, the effect of fiber tobe full post reinforcement is superior to the interval of fiber cloth reinforcement; the effect offiber cloth reinforcement effect on the second floor is better than a layer of reinforcementeffect.
