| With the expansion of the scale of construction projects, the construction periodis getting long and the technology is getting complex, so the risk of constructionstage are also increasingly outstanding. The poor risk management awareness, theimperfect system and the lack of management capacity for the project participants atthis stage make that the quality, schedule, cost, safety and other goals of theconstruction stage of construction projects often deviate from the expected target.Therefore, the risk management study for the construction stage of the project has apositive meaning to achieve the expected target.Firstly, This paper starts from the research background, significance andresearch status of the project risk to explain the definition, essential characteristicsof the risk, the risk classification and management processes of the constructionstage. Secondly, based on the research of many scholars at home and abroad, itestablished a risk management model for construction stage. This model accordingto the dynamic principle of the process of risk management in construction stage isdivided into the risk identification, measurement, evaluation, response andmonitoring. the risk identification is the basic work of risk management ofconstruction stage, the risk measurement and evaluation is the key work of riskmanagement of construction stage; the risk response is the core work of riskmanagement of construction stage; the risk monitoring is the guarantee work of riskmanagement of construction stage. Through a comparison of the advantages anddisadvantages of various methods of risk identification, it provided a reliable methodand the basis for risk managers to identify the risk. Based on the analysis of severalcommon risk assessment method, it studied the theory of the gray analytic hierarchyprocess of the risk assessment model. At last, the risk management model wasproved by the engineering case. It proved the superiority that with the Delphimethod to identify the risk and with the expert evaluating method and the grayanalytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk. After it obtains the risk level and the ranking of risk factors, it implements the risk response measures and the riskmonitoring measures which verify the Science, technology, application of the riskmanagement model of construction stage.In this paper, it has a positive meaning and provides a more reasonable riskmanagement system for the risk managers in theoretical and practical that canimprove risk awareness, risk management level and strengthen the risk resistance ofrisk managers of the construction stage. It can lay a good foundation for thesuccessful completion of the objectives of the construction projects. |
