Risk Management Of Construction Stage Of Engineering Project

With the development of China's economic and acceleration of the modernization, the number of projects increased, increasingly large scale, structures become more complex, and therefore the construction phase of the project will inevitably encounter many unpredictable factors, often resulting risk affected the smooth progress of the project, and because our current projects not yet ripe for the development of risk management, project manager of the construction stage for a weak awareness of risk management, poor management capacity, through the strengthening of risk management in construction stage projects successful implementation of great significance.This dissert mainly introduce the basic concept of risk, engineering project risk and risk management, and primarily research the risk factor of construction stage and the recognition, assessment, control and superintend in the process of risk management. Firstly, it presents the risk recognition in detail by discussing the recognition process and method. Secondly, it profound a AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method applied to the process of construction by the comparison of estimation method, and obtain the theoretical reduction as the foundation of the theory. And then it presents control in classification. At last, it stresses the objective and importance of superintend effect. It proves the risk management method proposed above by the case, and assesses the risk of the process of construction by the AHP method to establish effective measure of risk manage both qualitatively and quantitatively. Meanwhile, it organically applies the method to the dynamic control process of project objective management. It attempt to provide the project manager convenient method in theory and practice and open up new ideas. And it can also enhance the risk awareness of risk manager, further improve the level of risk management in construction stage, strengthen the defense capacity of various risks, and promote the construction level of risk management of engineering project.
