With the rapid growth of people’s traffic demand,the construction of urban expressway network in China is booming,and a variety of elevated bridges emerge as the times require.Therefore,the industry pays more and more attention to the engineering quality of bridge structure.For the cast-in-place capping beam which needs to cross the river,it is inevitable to set up the support in the water.How to ensure the safety and stability of the support structure and ensure the construction quality of the capping beam is an important aspect of the construction industry research in recent years.Therefore,it is very important to choose a reasonable and safe supporting system for the construction of wading bridge structure.Based on the project of cast-in-place capping beams in the elevated section between Jingshui Road and Yuexing Road,Shaoxing Second Ring Road,this paper is based on the construction site conditions,structural design and construction methods,stability checking,and construction technology organization and management.The construction of the cast-in beam support system is studied,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the development process and current application status of the support structure,and summarize the factors that affect the stability of the formwork support,which are usually based on the material,design,construction quality and construction management factors.This paper analyzes the engineering environment,studies the support design and construction technology,uses the simulation software to check the stability of the bearing capacity of the support structure,and verifies the rationality of the design and construction of the combined support structure through the on-site construction management measures and monitoring.(2)Study the design and construction process of the capping beam formwork support structure,analyze the complex construction situation of the capping beam project,and determine the structural system design,support construction technology and construction specific methods combined with the engineering hydrogeology and site conditions.(3)Simulate and analyze the stress of each part of the temporary support structure of the capping beam in the water,mainly study the stability of the support composite structure system,and verify the overall safety and stability of the support in the construction process.(4)This paper analyzes the four main parts of the water capping beam support project of Shaoxing Second Ring North Road,including site preparation,resources,progress plan and safety technical measures,which constitute the construction organization and management.In order to test the strength and stiffness of the support system,the support structure is monitored to ensure the construction quality and safety of the capping beam in the water.The research results of this paper have certain practical significance and reference value for the design and construction of similar capping beam support engineering,and have certain guiding significance for the project technical organization and management in the construction process.Figure[68]Table[19]reference[52]...
