| The concrete has become the main civil engineering materials today, but becauseof reasons of concrete component and the use environment of concrete; its durabilityhas become an important factor restricting the development of concrete. Especially suchas bridge,the concrete structure often exposed to the external environment, durabilityissues are more prominent. Under such an environment, it is necessary to fully considerthe durability of concrete in the design and construction. The improvement of concretedurability can save a lot of the cost of maintenance, repair, etc., but also to a certainextent, reduce the production of construction waste and the pollution to the environment,which has an important significance on the protection of environment and accord withthe requirement of green construction and sustainable development.Implementation of the high durability of concrete generally depends on two aspectsof raw material and construction. Only through the strict selection of raw materials,optimization of mix and adoption of a series of construction measures aimed to obtaindurability of concrete, in order to realize the purpose of durability.This paper studies the following aspects:(1) Through the analysis on the factors affecting concrete durability and thedesign requirements, the requirements for raw materials will be obtained, and thencombine with specific engineering example to explore for concrete durability mixtureratio design, and put forward some main technical indicators;(2) Starting from the construction point of view, this article will analysis and studyon the key technology of the construction of concrete durability and problems should beput attention on. Combined with the practical concrete construction craft, by contrast,recommendations about the concrete durability, especially about the key technology ofconstruction will be handed out, and then this paper will sum up the problems thatshould be paid attention to in the construction of concrete durability,especially in theimplementation of key technology;(3) Combined with two practical engineering construction of concrete box girder of municipal bridge, the construction effects and problems in construction are analyzed,and that gives some specific construction suggests.. |
