Waste concrete is one kind of construction generated from waste construction update inthe process of urbanization. Its number is not only huge, and its storage takes up a lot of landresources. In the same way, which caused a lot of pressure to the surrounding environment.With the development of technology and technological progress, the re-use of waste concretebecome to be one of the hot spot. This paper selects32.5ordinary portland cement, rubberparticles, the II fly ash as raw material. And the paper use L16(45) orthogonal test table to test,and select recycled coarse aggregate, fly ash, polypropylene fiber, as well as rubber particlesdosage as variable. Using basic mechanical properties durability test to study to find out thebest combination ratio of admixture of rubber recycled concrete. And by the technicalmethods of scanning electron microscope, the paper analysis the mechanism of action of fivefactors.In this article, the experiment is divided into two parts: part one, analyse the performanceof the perforated brick that created with the recycled concrete that only change replace rate ofrecycled aggregates.when replace rate of recycled aggregates are0%、40%、60%、80%、100%,replace rate of the rubber are10%、20%、30%, analyse the change rules of thecompressive strength, flexural strength and thermal conductivity of the recycled concreteporous brick. The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength of brickis increased at first and then reduced with the rate of recycled increase,when the rate is40%the both strengths would be the maximun;With the increase of rubber, the compressivestrength, flexural strength reduce and the thermal conductivity of the recycled concrete porousbrick is increase.Part two,based on the first part, and consider the factor that the waterabsorption of recycled coarse aggregate is larger than the water absorption of naturalaggregate,The effect of the ratio of recycled aggregate,the amount of fly ash replacement,theratio of sand and the amount of rubber on the properties of recycled aggregates concrete isanalysed with the test method of orthogonal design.Based on the chosen mixture ratio afterthe orthogonal test,recycled concrete perforated bricks of type KPl are made in the way ofextrusion molding by vibration,there are square hole brick and round hole brick.And thefundamental properties such as the compressive strength,the heat transfer coefficient ofbuilding block,The test results are as follows:the block that make with recycled aggregatescan all reach MUl0,The best mixture ratio of the recycled concrete is A3B3C4D4E3:therecycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage is90,Sand ratio is0.37,the fly ashreplacement percentage is45,the amount of admixture on polypropylene fiber is0.9kg/m3,theproportion of granulated rubber is10percent.Under this circumstances,on the one hand,wecan get high quality recycled concrete, on the other hand,we can make sure that renewableresourcescan be used with maximum possible operating. The test of result show that heattransfer coefficient of the wall which made with square hole hollow brick is better than the wall which made with round hole hollow brick,as well the thermal insulation performance.
