The fracture of cement concrete pavement are mainly due to the weak rigidity of the cement concrete, the weak deformation coordination between the structure layer and the effect of vibration absorption and energy absorption.Pavement rubber-recycled concrete is rubber particles or crumb of scrap rubber mixing different blending and ratio of recycled concrete to form a new composite material. Rubber recycled concrete has become one of the hot issues in the field of project.At present, there is a certain understanding of the rubber concrete, but there are few studies on the basic mechanical properties of the rubber recycled concrete, especially on the fatigue properties.In this paper we made the sand replace by rubber with the same volume, then made the recycled concrete. It was investigated that basic mechanical properties (the cube compressive strength, the flexural strength and cube split tensile strength, prism tensile strength) and fatigue properties with different rubber particle replacement rate and different recycled aggregate replace rate of cement concrete specimen.Base on C40 concrete, Through the systematic experiment research on 66 cube test blocks and 132 prism blocks, obtained impact of the law of rubber particle size and dosage changes on the work performance, Cube compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, axial tensile strength, stress and strain of rubber-recycled concrete. Established conversion relation between mechanical indicators, and build the constitutive equation of rubber-recycled concrete directed tensile test by MTS. Design the RMT fatigue tests under three-point bending load, different dosage of rubber and different stress level of rubber regeneration fatigue life of concrete rules were researched. The toughness index of different types of concrete specimens was calculated by ASTM-C1018-98 toughness index method and PCSm method, and the influence of recycled aggregate content and rubber particle content on the toughness of concrete was studied.The logarithmic fatigue equation and the single logarithmic fatigue equation of rubber concrete under different failure probability are established and the fatigue limit strength of recycled concrete is calculated.
