With the development of society and technology, solar tracking devices are widely used inthe field of solar power. The traditional sun-tracking devices are single mechanism tracking,and there are difficult to install, low utilization of solar energy and high cost of solar power. Sotracking device popularity has caused great difficulties. In this paper, design of the novel solararrays tracking device as theme, mainly to study the following aspects.(1) In order to convenient design and installation the solar tracking device, and quicklyobtain the various parameters of design and installation of tracking device. According to themovement rule of the sun relative to the Earth, the shading conditions between the arraysmechanisms. So the evaluation system of solar tracking is designed, just enter the local latitudeand longitude, length and width of the concentrator can be set to quickly evaluate the localinstallation by rating suitability for solar tracking mechanism, and the basic parameters oftracking device which will be designed and installed.(2) Utilize induction method, meets the conditions of dual-axis tracking array weresummed, and then design a novel array solar tracking mechanism. The two-axis trackingmechanism of linkage of array type requires only two drive motors can be realized solartracking of array of tracking mechanism in the direction of the azimuth angle and the elevationangle. However, one of the motor is utilized to control rotation of mechanism array in thedirection of the elevation angle; another motor is utilized to control rotation of mechanism arrayin the direction of the azimuth angle. Theoretically, the mechanism may reach a maximumazimuth of180degrees, and a maximum elevation angle of90degrees, it can achieveall-weather track any region of the world. When the linkage shaft diameter is40mm, andmechanism array of40×40, the maximum transmission error between mechanisms is only0.018degrees.(3) Finite element method is utilized for the analyze and verification of key componentsand the whole body of two-axis tracking of array type and linkage, the weak link of themechanism was amended, making the structure more reasonable and reliable.(4) Based on the basic knowledge of analog circuit designed a novel tracking controlsystem. Tracking control system has designed by seven kinds of commonly electroniccomponents. Control systems with dual-axis tracking system are combined by splice the sametwo single-axis control systems, when using the single-axis tracking mechanism, to removeonly a circuit board of single-axis control can. The orientation detector of tracking controlsystem is constituted by eight groups photoresistor of to is divided into two groups, into a groupof four each, one of groups solar tracking photoresistor which is utilized control the azimuth angle and elevation angle were mounted under the light barrier of " L" type of the detector,which is used for the normal working of solar energy concentrator; another group photoresistorof the detector was installed under the light barrier of " L " type of opposite direction of thedetector, which is used for the reset of solar energy concentrator and anti-cloud interference. Inaddition, the control systems can also manually adjusting this device tracking accuracy.(5) Through experimental tests the current deviation of motor drive and the trackingprecision of the tracking control system. Experimental results show that the azimuth anglemotor capable of driving the current deviation between0.11mA to0.13mA; able to drive themotor current elevation angle deviation between0.22mA to0.24mA. System maximumtracking accuracy is3.57°about soon13:00. |
