In recent years,the relationship between national defense construction and People's Daily life and the satellite is becoming more and more close,especially those high power satellites that are used to navigate or communicate.The satellite carried a lot of payloads that demand for much energy.As the single-degree-of-freedom solar array can only rotate in the pitch direction,can not make the fault-tolerant angle real-time within the required range,the solar array power generation efficiency is limited,can not provide sufficient power for satellite use,how to improve the satellite Power system performance is becoming increasingly important.Satellite in space operation,solar energy is the main source of satellite energy,solar array accurate tracking of solar radiation is to improve the efficiency of solar cell array,one of the most effective way.In order to improve the efficiency of satellite solar array,a set of two-degree-of-freedom satellite solar array driving device can be realized to realize the solar directional function.The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects:1.Research on the operation law of solar rays in satellite orbit.According to the orbit of the satellite and the location of the calculation of the solar rays and the solar array angle normal law.2.Design of tracking system control method.According to the motion characteristics of the solar rays and the characteristics of the system,this paper establishes the continuous-intermittent dual-axis tracking mode,which can prolong the life of the system under the premise of ensuring accurate tracking.3.DSP hardware circuit design.In this chapter,the TMS320F28335 PGFA DSP core of the external circuit,the motor drive circuit and position sensors were stated.4.Sun sensor design and stepper motor control methods.This section describes the design and working principle of the solar sensor;the control method of the stepping motor during the system operation.5.System software design.This chapter discusses the tracking algorithm in active tracking and passive tracking mode,and the installation and use of DSP28335 FPGA in the dedicated development environment CCS3.3.6.Experiment and analysis.Test and analyze the designed solar sensor,the speed of the battery array and the whole machine.7.Summary and outlook.The research work of this paper is summarized,and the follow-up work of this design system is prospected.
