Study On Compiling Land Reclamation Scheme Of Hydroelectric Project

Land resources are important natural resources of the country, with important means of production to maintain the production life.In the construction of transportation projects andhydropower projects, lots of land resources are destroyed, resulting in the serious deterioration of the ecological environment. sharply decrising of available land, contradiction between people and land is very prominent.Land reclamation is an activities of recover and develop value of land by suiting measures to local conditions, and is also an effective way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources, which plays an important role in improving the ecological environment, economic development and the utilization rate of land resources of our country.In this study, methods for compiling hydropower project as the research object, search for the scientific method system for hydropower project of land reclamation project as the purpose, providing references for land reclamation scheme of other construction projects such as mine land reclamation.First, the present situation of land reclamation in China and the necessity of land reclamation for hydropower project, and problems in the preparation of land reclamation scheme are expounded in this paper. Second, the main points and the difficulties in the preparation of land reclamation for hydropower project are summarized by reading lots of literatures, laws and regulations. Taking an actual hydropower project as an example, propose the land reclamation plan of the hydropower project with full understanding of the natural, social, economy and land destruction situation in the project area, taking measures to local conditions and combining with the actual situation as the principle. The specific meaning of the scope of land reclamation, land reclamation feasibility analysis, land reclamation project design and engineering calculation, land reclamation investment, land reclamation benefit and safeguard measures are explained too. The content and the depth in preparating land reclamation of hydropower project are discussed through the double angles of compilation and review. Development and emphasis of the land reclamation project in hydropower project of China in the short term are prospected, the measures to improve the compilation method of land reclamation plan are raised.
