Study On Reclamation Of Damaged Land On Road 351 Line Of Ya An National Highway

"4.20" Lu Shan 7 strong earthquake eruption,serious casualties and property losses,land resources and environment in the earthquake stricken areas have been seriously damaged,road traffic also in earthquake disasters and frequent secondary disasters was severely damaged.In order to successfully carry out relief work,State Road 351 line Leying to jiajinshan pass period of post disaster reconstruction project play an important role.On the one hand,the national highway 351 project is in full swing;on the other hand,the land resources on the outer side of the road have been occupied and damaged,and the ecological environment has been deteriorating.With the gradual completion of road engineering,the land resources and environmental conditions in the project area have not been improved at all.So the research on the351 road engineering damaged land reclamation has important significance on land reclamation planning.This paper from the background of post earthquake reconstruction,in 351 national highway Leying to jiajinshan pass section of post disaster reconstruction project as the research object,summarizes the experiences and lessons from the domestic and foreign land reclamation work,based on the related theories of land reclamation as the basis of national highway 351 along the road engineering damaged land reclamation.Based on field investigation and data collection,describes the overview of the study area,and analyzed the influence of the project on the environment from the ground,gas,water,soil,five,at the same time,the status of land use,the study area of temporary land use investigation.Through field investigation,the damaged land is divided into three types: abandoned land,construction,production,living land and construction pavement,and the characteristics of damaged land are analyzed.The contents of major pollution elements in soil samples collected in the study area were calculated and the soil pollution degree was calculated by Nemero index method.The pollution of copper and cadmium in the study area was serious.Combined with the analysis of the impact of the damaged land on the land,water,soil and soil,it is necessary to reclaim the damaged land in the study area.Determination of soil samples of the pH value is 7.05 to 8.66,weakly alkaline,organic matter content of the average value is 1.78%,the maximum effective nitrogen is 155.1mg/kg,the minimum value is 20mg/kg,effective phosphorus maximum 33.9mg/kg and minimum 2.5mg/kg,available K the maximum 234.6mg/kg and minimum 24.6mg/kg,its content is higher than the national three the level of soil standard,soil fertility with land reclamationrequirements,combined with the site conditions,soil conditions,water source conditions of having land reclamation potential.According to the temporary land use type,division of evaluation unit,the land suitable for land quality,land constraints evaluation system,evaluation factors including soil nutrients(organic matter,available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium)effective soil layer thickness,slope,irrigation and drainage conditions,traffic conditions,land reclamation suitability was evaluated by Delphy Fa and the comprehensive index method,the evaluation grade and draw on the theory of temporary land reclamation direction: construction production and living land reclamation of arable land,suitable for garden or woodland reclamation sidewalk construction,dump slope suitable for reclamation of cultivated land,suitable for land reclamation slope.This paper put forward some measures and methods of land reclamation in the study area from three aspects of biology,chemistry and engineering,and according to the construction of production and living land,temporary construction shortcut,dump and damage characteristics of different land reclamation direction,every typical types with careful research plots.After reclamation,the cultivated land area is 14.49 hectares,the garden area is 4.79 hectares,the forest land area is 4.58 hectares,the transportation land area is 0.23 hectares,the water area and the water conservancy facilities land 2.95 hectares,other land 0.37.The land reclamation rate of 100%,the rehabilitation rate was 75%.The land reclamation measures proposed in this paper can bring about certain social,ecological and economic benefits.The purpose of this paper is to study the methods and measures of land reclamation along the 351 National Road in Ya An,hoping to provide guidance for land reclamation work in this area.
