Along with the application of digital I&C system in nuclear power station, InLing’ao phase-II digital main control room, the hardware of MCR is different from thetraditional analog main control room, and the accident treatment introduce new SOP(State-oriented Procedure), the SOP is different from the EOP (Event-orientedProcedure) based on design basis accident. When handling accident, procedure is themain guide file of team’s manipulation. Nuclear power station is a complex socialtechnology system, its security is very important. Because the digital main controlroom has new characteristics of operation environment and SOP,operation crew mayface new challenges and make new mistakes. Human error is one of the main cause ofaccident in complex social technology system, lots of human errors are related tocommunication problems. In the digital MCR,when following the SOP in the processof dealing with accidents, communication pattern of operation crew has new features, and may it casts new impacts on human error.Despite the communication problem of operation crew has drawn more and moreattention, but in china, there is no special research on communication pattern ofoperation crew and its influence on the human1error under the background of thedigital MCR and SOP. In this paper, we studied the communication pattern ofoperation crew and its influence on the human error, and the main research work asfollowing:1)First, according to the classification of human error to get two forms of human error(motor and cognitive). Then, combined with operating environment and its effects onhuman in digital MCR of nuclear power station and the cognitive limitations of the operation when performing tasks crews to analysis communication’s likely impact onhuman error.2)Create a new speech act coding schemeBased on the analysis of theoretical basis of speech act coding scheme, deficiencies of the existing coding scheme are identified. namely verbal behavior isclassified by function of communication content, and lack of semantic or themes ofcommunication content speech acts involved. In order to better reflect thecharacteristics of speech acts of operation crew when using SOP in digital MCR, Viathe WDA (Work Domain Analysis) to get themes features of content. Finally, create anew speech act coding scheme, which includes the function and themes ofcommunication content.3)Use the new encoding scheme to study communication patterns of experimentaloperation crews, and combined with video analysis and interviews to foundcommunication pattern’s impact on human error as following: the lack of "call" incommunication led to the neglect of information request for receiver and by repetitiverequest for communication caused latency access to task (such as monitoring andprocedures delays access to information criterion); the inadequate communication of"inquiry","judgment","observation" for parameter increase the burden on theoperator’s attention resources, resulting in inadequate situational awareness ofoperation crews about the power plant, affecting the team’s decision;insufficient of"declaration" and "reply" about parameter influence the operation crews’responseplan and implementation (timely evaluation plant control and manipulate the targetfor the next important step in the planning and objectives of the concerted). The lackof "judgmental" about system functions and devices in communication cause"command" conflict of directive goals and affect the process of self-control of thecrews.
