Research On Computer Aided Railway Station Yard Horizontal Design

Railway station is the basic composition unit of the railway, the efficiency and quality of station design have extremely important influence on the entire railway construction and operation.Horizontal design is the basis and core during the railway station design,horizontal design has direct impact on profile design, cross-section design,3D visual design and engineering quantity computing etc.Therefore,the study of horizontal design for railway station has vital significance.In this paper,based on the analysis and summary for current research at home and abroad,by applying the computer technology,the theory and method of horizontal design for railway station, the horizontal design system based on AutoCAD platform for railway station is developed.The main research contents and results are as follows:1. According to the characteristics of railway station yard horizontal design,the paper constructs station information model,which can be classified as geographical environmental information,station equipment information,railway construction information,associated and constrainted information,what is more,the paper concludes and summarizes data model and behavior model of all kinds of information.2. Based on station information model,the paper establishes station professional database,which is efficiently organized and managed by applying database management technology, access and output of the required information can be quickly finished through spatial index.So the establishment of the database provides an important guarantee for linkage design between graphics and data,and for associated and constrainted design.3. The paper presents a geometric model building method of station plain equipment,the customization and modular encapsulation of station yard plan dynamic equipment entities by using custom entity technology.The problem of associated design between station yard equipments is mainly studied in the process of design,and linkage design of station yard plan has initially realized. 4. Based on the theory and method which are proposed,and the technology of C++,ObjectARX,Access database etc,the development of horizontal design system for railway station yard is realized,the system has successful been applied in the south station of Ledu in the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway.Finally, the verification and evaluation of theoretical model and algorithm has been carried out by this sample.
