The research object of this paper is a hybrid stepping motor, this motorpositioning precision, response speed very quickly, simply controls, and has notaccumulated error. Therefore, it is widely used in all kinds of control fields. However,it has some disadvantages, such as out of step, poor reliability and low frequencyoscillation, the resolution is not high and running noise loudly. In order to overcomethese shortcomings, this paper makes full uses of the subdivision driver to drive thestepper motor.The main control chip of the article is TMS320F2812DSP, which is produced byTI Company. Through the DSP’s EV (event manager) generate PWM wave to controlthe step motor. It also uses the DA module, subdivides the value of the digital quantityinto ladder-like analog, and is equivalent to the cosine wave. To achieve the purposeof the subdivision of stepping motor winding current, achieve finally subdivided stepaway from the Angle of stepping motor. Overview is presented in this paper thestructure of the hybrid stepping motor is introduced in detail, parameters, and theworking principle and so on. Also careful about several kinds of traditional drivemode, and illustrates the principle of subdivided driving. Master control system ofhardware system based on DSP chip, the main logic integrated circuit can be dividedinto sections, DA conversion module, and power drive part and over-currentprotection. Software part by EV module of DSP, PWM wave, then through GPIOmodule produce phase sequence signals of the motor winding, and the cosine functiontable is solidified in the EPROM, finally by SCI serial communication module and PCcommunication. Finally, through Mat-lab software Simul-ink module again forstepping motor control system are simulated. The experimental results and simulationresults show that the step motor control system stable operation, high precisionmachine, overcome the problems such as low frequency oscillation and step out,basically meet the design requirements. In this paper, the design of the highest valueis128, of course, subdivide value can also be increased. System is relatively flexible,has certain practicability and rationality.
