The new assembly hollow-ribbed slab is a new kind of large span slab structurethrough improving the traditional hollow floor, which is composed of cast-in-site ribsand the prefabricated concrete box fillers with the virtue of light dead weight, bigspan, convenient construction, and low overall cost. At present, it has been widelyapplied in some areas in China.In this paper, an experimental investigation and ABAQUS finite element analysisof the assembly hollow-ribbed slab were made. By means of studying the floor shearperformance under vertical load, the shear bearing capacity and failure pattern areconcluded. The new assembly hollow-ribbed slab shear performance is evaluatedthrough comparing the experiment results of different ribbed beam aspect ratio. Thisarticle is totally divided into five chapters, as follows:The First chapter introduced some simple concrete floor in our country, whichfocused on the new assembly hollow-ribbed slab construction technology and itsadvantages and disadvantages.In the second chapter, through the static test research of the KX B—1(Ribbedbeam height500and width100,configuration single limb stirrup), KXB—2(Ribbedbeam height700and width100,configuration single limb stirrup), and KXB—3(Ribbed beam height of700and wide of120,configuration single limb stirrup), thecracking load and bearing capacity of three kinds of slab strips were analyzed andcontrasted. The main mechanical properties such as failure patterns, strip deflection,concrete strain, stirrup strain and vertical steel strain were studied.In the third chapter, ABAQUS finite element program had been used to analyzethe models, which is compared with their cracking loads and bearing capacity. Andthe results were compared with the experiments. The effect of different ribbed beamaspect ratio on the shear bearing capacity was analyzed.In the fourth chapter, the shear strength of experiment slab strips is analyzedusing the truss-arch model and plasticity theory. And the results were compared withthe experiments. It is necessary to analyze the effect of different ribbed beam aspectratio on the shear bearing capacity and the shear capacity algorithmic method for thenew assembly hollow-ribbed slab was proposed.The fifth chapter introduced the differences between the hollow floor box mold and hollow circular tube mold. The advantages of the construction technology anddesign for new assembly hollow-ribbed slab and cast-in-situ solid floor werecompared. We compare the economic performance of the new assembly hollow-ribbedslab, cast-in-situ one-way plate and cast-in-situ well type floor.
