Research And Realization On Control System Of The Satellite Antenna Scan Drive Mechanism

In order to develop the resources, protect the environment and vindicate the rights of the ocean, the establishment of marine satellite system is increasingly affected by the government attention. For marine satellite, the antenna scanning control system is an important part of the whole system, directly related to the success or failure of the satellite. Therefore, the development of high performance, high reliability of the antenna scanning control system is an important task.Firstly, the basic knowledge of The Satellite Antenna Scanning Drive Mechanism Control System is introduced. Then this paper lucubrates the structure, operational principle, mathematical model and control performance of The PMSM, compares and analyses different control performance of The PMSM that be controlled by PLC, dedicated chip and SCM. Being ground on this, here giving a PMSM Control System that the kernel is DSP. Secondly, the hardware design of the system is elaborated. Then, According to the choice of the angular position measurement element, the Angle-Encode circuit which uses the double polar resolver is designed. Finally, this paper designs the software of the system and draws the flow chart with the concept of modular design.The main advantage of the control system is that using the high speed digital computing functions to achieve a variety of efficient control algorithm and gain the ends of high precise control for PMSM.
