Sea water jet and hydraulic technology for its clean and green、safe and effectivefeatures become the rapidly development high-tech in recent years. At present,homeand abroad this study is deepened, but rarely no study on water jet motor, which basedon seawater hydraulic technology as part of the execution.However, the execution units development is particularly important for marinedeveloping and utilization, so the paper intended to research and development therated torque of12.5Nm,1500rpm rated speed water jet motor. under the guidance ofthe technical requirements of the863projects,referee structures of the hydraulicmotor home and abroad, combined with kinematics and dynamics theory analysis todetermine the precise structure of the motor. Finally, optimizing the design processbased on fluid and dynamics simulation results, and ultimately determine the motorengineering drawings to meet the design requirements. Details are as follows:(1) analysis and comparison of existing hydraulic motor structures in the homeand abroad, to determine the optimal structure of the program jet motor, and thekinematics and dynamics of theoretical analysis and calculation;(2) According to the physical and chemical properties of sea water based on thebasic theory of water jet to calculate the reverse and thrust torque and analyse theimpact of leakage; calculate and design the differential gear train according to theconditions of motor, determining the size of the important parts of the water jet motorin detail, determine the detailed design of the water jet motor;(3) based on detailed design using pro/E build water jet motor virtual prototypemodel to analyze the best selection of the materials for water jet motor according tothe working conditions in various parts of on the basis of theoretical calculations, todevelop a process and map out engineering drawings.(4) finally, in accordance with the determined motor virtual prototype, usingFluent, PRO/E software such as fluid dynamics simulations and dynamicperformance of the motor simulation were carried out. According to the simulationresults of the optimization analysis of important theoretical motor parts; feedbackdesign and re-design based on the simulation results to determine the motor prototypeoptimum tilt angle slapper, and finally dynamics simulation analysis of the motorspeed, torque, force and mechanical performance parameters such as torque, ensurethat the design of the motor mechanical properties meet the design requirements.(5) However, due to time constraints of this study and the experimentalconditions, the failure to carry out laboratory testing and research prototype. This isnot enough, of this study, expected to be refined and supplemented in subsequentresearch work.
