With the rapid development of information technology, modern human society, peopleliving there have been more and more used in electrical equipment, people’s demand forelectricity and increasingly dependent on high. The reliability of the power supply sourceis related to many aspects of life safety, property safety etc.. When the network isinterrupted when provide the necessary power to the emergency power supplysystem,maintain the normal work of electrical equipment.In this paper, in line with the concept of "green, energy-saving", based onphotovoltaic power generation technology, designed and implemented an emergencypower supply system.The system uses solar power technology which is emerging at present.The conversion of light energy into electrical energy is realized by photovoltaic cells, andthen the electrical energy is stored in batteries by the controller, at last by using thetechnique of inversion make DC to AC, to drive a variety of AC load.Through the use ofsolar energy, to replace the traditional emergency power supply mode, the energy savingeffect, and also increases the ability of the system for power supply.The research work is mainly on the emergency power supply system of hardware andsoftware aspects of the design and testing.In the aspect of the system hardware, based onthe thorough analysis and research on the principle of photovoltaic, combined with PLCand motor control theory, based on S7-200CPU226, designed a photovoltaic panels sunreal-time tracking system and realized the photoelectric conversion function; Based on theTMS320F2812, designed battery charge and discharge control circuit; Based on invertertechnology, designed power supply system and realized DC and AC output.In the aspect ofsystem software, it realized the control of photovoltaic panels to track the sun with PLC;With C language programming, it realized the control of the storage battery charging anddischarging. In the paper, it fully considerate the reliability and stability of the system andalso considerate the scalability function of the system. Testing of the system shows that the system can achieve photovoltaic powergeneration, energy storage and power supply function can be very to save energy. In energyconservation, rational allocation of power resources of today, this system has broadprospects for development.
