With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for energy has been increased, the disadvantages of fossil energy sources have been exposed, photovoltaic power generation as a representative of new energy sources developed very rapidly, research on photovoltaic power generation facilities is also deepening, in this environment, this paper researched and designed the 500 W inverter control integrated machine for the domestic photovoltaic power generation system. carried the simulation and made the experiment model machine.Firstly, this paper simulated the mathematical model of photovoltaic cell under MATLAB /Simulink environment, and studied the I-V and P-V curves characteristic of photovoltaic cells, studied the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells when the light intensity and temperature changed, on this basis, further researched the photovoltaic maximum power point tracking(MPPT) algorithm, analysed Incremental Conductance Method, Perturbation and Observeation Method, studied their advantages and disadvantages. On this foundation, designed algorithm based on the fuzzy control of maximum power tracking for this paper, and carried the simulation experiment, the simulation results show that compared with the previous traditional algorithm, the tracking speed and stability at the maximum power point are better than the traditional algorithms.Then, this paper desgined inverter control integrated machine hardware and software, The hardware is composed of DC/DC circuit and DC/AC circuit, the DC/DC part adopts PIC16F877 as control unit to realize the maximum power point tracking, BUCK circuit PWM wave generation, control of battery charging circuit, voltage and current detection, battery overcharge, over discharge protection, anti overcharge protection function. DC/AC part control unit using DSPTM320F2812. The main circuit uses the combination of high and low frequency single-phase full-bridge inverter, and designed a specific parameters of transformer and filter circuit in this paper, the two control unit to monitor each other, transmit data,and designed the software for each function of the system.Finally, this paper made a prototype and carried out the maximum power tracking algorithm, the voltage reducing and charging method, the stability of the output voltage of the load change experiments, the experimental results show that the design of the inverter control integrated machine for photovoltaic cell’s maximum power tracking effect is obvious, the battery charging fast and safe. AC output is stable and smooth. Achieved the desired design goals, can be very good to meet the family use. Have important significance of further research and development.
