The hydrophilic of polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane is so poor that affectits application. It is urgent to find an effective method to improve the hydrophilicity of PVDFultrafiltration membranes. The paper discusses the experiment to modify PVDF ultrafiltrationmembrane with Polyvinyl pyrrolidone、Titanium dioxide and Graphene Oxide as the blendingmodification filler. Novel PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was adopted in the Yellow Riverraw water membrane treatment experiments. The concrete research content is as follows:This paper adopts single factor method to do the experiment of PVDF ultrafiltrationmembrane performance, selects the pure water permeability, cutting off rate, anti-pollutioncapacity and porosity as evaluated, and summarized the best mass of PVDF, PVP,Titaniumdioxide and Graphene Oxide, which were20wt%~24wt%、0~2.46wt%、0~1.61wt%and0~1.61wt%. The novel PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was analyzed by means of scanningelectron microscope. These results suggested that PVP、Titanium dioxide and Graphene Oxidehave significant influence on the structure of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane. The optimum technological parameters of novel PVDF ultrafiltration membrane wereobtained by orthogonal experiment, which were These results suggested that when the mass ofPVDF、PVP、Titanium dioxide、Graphene Oxide were25.0g、3.0g、2.0g、1.0g, the overallproperties of novel PVDF ultrafiltration membrane were the best. The pure water permeability, cutting off rate, anti-pollution capacity and porosity rate of the novel PVDF ultrafiltrationmembrane are314L/(㎡h)、83%、95%and50%respectively.Novel PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was adopted in the Yellow River raw watermembrane treatment experiments. The removal rate of Turbidity, UV254and Ammoniumachieved separately60%~97%、25%~65%and50%. Compared with traditional watertreatment process, Turbidity, UV254and Ammonium increase20%、10%~30%and20%.The removal rate of CODMnachieved9.74%~21.68%. Compared with traditional watertreatment process, the CODMndecreases7%~16%. The test results indicated that theUltrafiltration process had good removal efficiencies of the Yellow River raw water.
