Engine as the power source of the car is also the largest source of noise andvibration in vehicle, effectively weaken the vibration of the engine to the bodyhave great significance to improve automobile riding comfort and handlingstability and ride comfort. Currently, the rubber suspension or passive hydraulicengine mounts which was widely used automobile engine can not meet therequirements of low and high frequency vibration under. Magnetorheologicaldamping adjustable suspension with a wide dynamic response range, fast response,a relatively simple structure and low power consumption has become an idealengine vibration mounts. This paper used magnetorheological suspension toeffectively weaken the engine vibration is transmitted to the body of researchobjectives, a wide range of applications for today’s four-cylinder four-strokeengine as the research object, the application of theoretical analysis, simulationand experimental analysis of mathematical methods for automotive enginemagnetorheological damping system studied, Specific follows:1、Describes the significance of using MR damper study the significance ofthe engine, we summarized the research status of the engine vibration and MRdamper at home and abroad, Based on the analysis of a number of existingproblems on Engine uses magnetorheological damping,the main work waspresented in this paper.2、 Analysed the engine mechanical vibration, built the mechanics andmathematical model of the whole engine vertical vibration isolation systems.3、 Combined theoretical and experimental study to find the relationshipbetween the engine vibration frequencies and the engine speed, provides thefoundation for the controller design.4、In order to solve the problem of vertical vibration major engine,wedesigned the engine speed and speed acceleration as input and the variabledamping force as output,which is a multi-input single-output engine isolationsystem fuzzy controller.5、Used Simulink designed the engine vibration isolation system simulation test platform, comparative analysis of the fuzzy controller magnetorheologicalsuspension and the suspension of the ordinary rubber isolation effect, The resultsshowed that the fuzzy controlled MRF demper can effectively isolate enginevibration, and it had always advantage than rubber demper.
