Hydropower resources is clean and pollution-free renewable energy, and abandon hydropower is heavy losses to hydropower resources. The accurate calculation help people to figure out the utilization of hydropower resources. And it is benefit to the evaluation of the power grid planning, the joint scheduling of the hydrothermal power, maintenance arrangements and abandon hydropower trading mechanism. Abandon hydropower transaction is an important measure to reduce the amount of abandon hydropower and to improve the utilization of hydropower.
