With the development of the western region,the mountainous area highway construction is developing rapidly,increasing proportion of the construction of tunnels,the tunnel abandon slag produced by more and more,most of the processing method is simple.This extensive practice,this can make use of the tunnel directly,without slag not use when filling roadbed and the lack of road materials,it needs to be in a lot of local mining road materials,not only destroy the natural resources and ecological balance,waste of social resources,which increases construction cost.If using the tunnel abandon slag,and after the crushing process,such as roadbed filler,which can realize material of local materials,also can improve the strength and stability of the roadbed.Abandon slag as subgrade filling channel,check whether compaction degree meets the requirements is particularly important.This paper first analyzes the engineering characteristics of tunnel abandon slag;Secondly analyses the tunnel abandon slag in the process of compaction of fragmentation and its influencing factors;And further illustrates the factors that influence the tunnel abandon slag compaction analyze some shortcomings of traditional compaction test method.This article through to abandon slag at home and abroad for reference,the packing of compaction degree detection based on the research results,"vibration machine-subgrade filling" model is established and put forward the continuous compaction degree detection system,the method is helpful to real time control of the compaction quality.In this paper,the compaction degree of continuous detection system are analyzed in theory study and field experiment,proves the reliability and accuracy of this method.The main draw the following conclusion:(1)In the construction of highway in our country,the standard of medium voltage degree detection method is only applicable to fill subgrade,and for the detection of rock fill roadbed has big defects,in this study to test a new detection method,namely continuous compaction degree detection technology.The detection method can easily take advantage of the rapid detection of subgrade compaction quality and strong practicability.(2)Put forward by the acceleration sensor,data acquisition instrument,computer and data analysis system of the compaction degree of continuous compaction degree detection system for the continuous detection technology.Through the acquisition of acceleration and carries on the analysis of vibration signal processing,the result can reflect the degree of roadbed compaction of the whole.In this article has proved the feasibility of the method is accurate.(3)By collecting roller acceleration vibration signal analysis prove that: the roadbed compaction degree is positively related to the stiffness of the subgrade filling into negative correlation,and its damping;And vibratory roller vertical vibration acceleration and the stiffness of the subgrade filling is also positively related,and its damping is negative correlation.Through this paper,based on the results of theoretical analysis,established a "vibratory roller-subgrade" model simulation,the results show that subgrade compaction and the vibratory roller indeed vertical vibration acceleration into positive correlation.(4)Abandon slag filler for tunnel belongs to medium material,is broken,we in the first grade three compaction process of comparison,to determine the process ? construction method of roadbed compaction effect is the most reasonable.(5)expressed in vibratory roller vibration acceleration RMS compaction compaction technology and method of packing.Get three abandon slag filler in gradation is different under different conditions,the best water content,degree of compaction and vibration between wheel acceleration RMS regression equations and correlation coefficient.
