Design And Research Of Hydropower Unit Control System Based On Sanxikou Hydropower Station

On the basis of understanding the present situation of the development of Hydropower station control system at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Sanxi hydropower station and the hydrogeological conditions of the station site of hydropower station,this paper designs the control system of the Hydropower station unit.In this paper,the automatic control system constructed by PLC control technology of shaft tubular unit of hydropower station is taken as the angle of view,and the integrated operation efficiency of hydropower station equipment is improved by combining the optimal design of hydropower station to improve the automatic control of the station.This paper discusses the specific requirements of the control system design of hydropower station unit,which is based on scientific data,and the realization of PLC control system automation of Hydropower Station unit makes the safety factor of the equipment improve to a great extent.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The selection of the unit and the model of each equipment are determined on the basis of the analysis of hydrological conditions and the natural condition of the dam site.According to the need of the system operation,the transformer of the main station equipment is selected,and two transformers are set up to avoid the influence of transformer fault on the normal operation of the power station.The main wiring generator-transformer group expansion unit wiring type is established.(2)The control system of hydropower station is mainly realized by the main control layer and the local control unit layer to realize the centralized monitoring and control management of the hydropower station.(3)The Communication control module with PLC is realized.Through the Proficy Machine Edition software to achieve PLC programs and touch screen rendering of the dynamic picture database sharing,to a large extent simplifies the process of repeatedly creating data labels.(4)The Power station monitoring system in the software selection design selected by the Chinese workers Electric EC2000 upper unit state software,after analysis shows and in line with the requirements of the power station monitoring system.The use of configuration software can realize the control of multi-angle and type screen of hydropower station,so as to ensure that the relevant data information is provided to the operators in real time for decision making,and the index of various kinds of data can also be realized.
