| Distribution network management is crucial for power supply enterprises, because it is directly related to the economic benefits and development of enterprises. This paper firstly introduces literature review on distribution network planning, construction of distribution projects and other three aspects. On this basis, summarizes the current research direction of TOPSIS method and the research situation of distribution network management evaluation. This article selects three domestic typical city with high construction level of distribution network as the basis data source of case analysis. Then, the paper constructs power distribution network management performance evaluation index system including26evaluation index after risk factors identification, and mark0-1for index completion degree of these three cities respectively. Part index score results from historical data. Through steps of consistent processing, weight calculation, and weighted standardized matrix, calculating the Euclidean distance of the positive and negative ideal solution and the grey correlation degree, finally getting the relative degree of the three sample, namely sorting of three samples on distribution network management performance evaluation.In conclusion, the paper points out that on the background of advocating establishing a scientific and rational distribution network plan and periodically evaluate distribution network management in order to better service for customer, it is necessary to consider comprehensively the factors influencing the quality of distribution network management, and then make a more comprehensive and objective evaluate on the distribution network management of different areas, and optimization suggestions are put forward. The end of this article, optimization strategy of five aspects of the distribution network management are given respectively, so that the intelligent power distribution system can achieve a better management effect and efficiency in the future.
