Intelligent distribution network planning,which is a complex system work,builds a perfect network frame to ensure the smooth operation of the power grid,while maintaining high flexibility,economy and reliability.In recent years,China's economy is developing rapidly,and people's demand for power supply quality is higher and higher.This brings new requirements to power grid enterprises.Therefore,the power grid construction model based on smart grid planning has gradually become the mainstream development direction,both the power grid enterprises and the government departments have paid great attention to it.Through the analysis of the current research status at home and abroad,it is found that in the management work,it is mainly a lack of in-depth research on how to optimize the management mechanism,work mode,management process and organizational structure of the distribution network planning,so thatnumbers of the top-level planningsare not usually complete and sufficient,followed by a large number of reconstruction,greatly reducing the power grid flexibility,economy and reliability.In view of the above situation,this article focuses on the following aspects.First of all,in-depth analysis is implemented on the relationship between planning and the development of smart distribution network.Secondly,the idea of lean management is used to optimize the design of the intelligent distribution network planning management system,and the related guarantee mechanism of the planning and implementation is studied.Thirdly,taking the X province power company as the example,provide the basis for the optimization design of the management system,and construct the corresponding analysis and evaluation method under the lean management system,optimize the management process of the smart grid planning and solidify it into the corresponding management mechanism.Finally,we evaluate the pilot area to verify the optimized lean management mechanism.
