With the rapid development of electricity consumption service in smart grid, it’s in urgent need to build a reliable and effective channel for information interaction, which helps to support the spread of electricity service business and complete the synchronization of user domain’s electricity flow, business flow and information flow. While the communication between systems is based on network communication. In order to complete the interoperability between smart grid and users, this paper designs an intelligent electricity service interface and the method of mapping services to main communication protocol is researched, which distributes to satisfy the information interaction requirement between smart grid and user.Firstly, the paper discusses the development and application area of smart power utilization communication network technology and smart grid user domain access technology, the basic theory and characteristic of HTTP, XMPP, WIA-PA, PLC and RS485is analyzed in detail. Aiming at the smart grid electricity services which are rather mature recently, the communication requirement of smart grid and user is analyzed and extracted.Then, the general communication service interface (GCSI) is proposed through combination of smart electricity information interaction requirement and service conceptual model structured by the architecture of information model plus action. GCSI includes services of public fundamental, demand response, efficiency assessment, distributed energy resource, electric vehicle and load control, whose information is described by UML class diagram. And service primitive is designed to provide a system call interface for service progress.At last, in order to realize the seamless link between smart grid electricity service and user application protocol, this paper designs the method of mapping GCSI services to common communication network, transformation of service primitive to according protocol message. The process of mapping services to XMPP, HTTP, WIA-PA, PLC and RS485is analyzed through mapping service primitive to communication module and message parameter. Thus the information interaction requirement of user electricity service which becomes more diversified and Interactive.
