A lot of accidents are due to glare caused by the front-lighting of the automobile at night. How to prevent glare has become an important issue on vehicle safety. there are many factors that affect glare caused by automobile front-lighting, such as human beings, automobile, road and environment. Accuracy is low when single factor is used to control the degree of glaring judgment. Multiple factors of human beings, automobile and road were considered to the influence of glaring.The influence law of vehicle running and road alignment the on glaring conforms to the trend of the development of the car information later. Physical information exchange with each other in the process of meeting, on-board processor determines whether a front-lighting to cause the other driver glaring based on comprehensive information, so as to provide a appropriate light type and a good lighting environment. The analysis in this paper can be used as the judging whether the adaptive front-lighting causes glaring or not.In regard to data fitting, the least squares was used to fit the relationship of semi-major axis and short-half axis. Correlation coefficient had been verified to reach the requirement. Compared linar equation with cubic spline interpolation, the fitting functio was determined finally. Fitting the relationship of short-half axis and intensity. Compared DataFit software with least squares, the DataFit software was used to work out a function.On the analysis of influence of various factors on the glaring under straight and level road, glare degree under different ages was worked out and analysised based on other factors unchanged. Then the influence law of the pilot line height and the horizontal distance to glare was analysised. Simulate a meeting under the actual situation at last. The road of cross slope was assumpt for the cone of the conical shell when turuing. Establish a coordinate frame, coordinates of the car and conver car’s coordinate to coordinate of the intensity. Simulating an actual situation according to the actual parameters of highway design standards and variation of glaring degree in the process of meeting was calculated and analysised.
