In this paper, based on the traffic of chongqing science and technology project "thechongqing port before the three gorges project construction key technology research",respectively, through the theoretical analysis, physical model test and numericalsimulation method, on the level of stress of steel protecting tube of rock-socketed pileproperties were studied. The main research contents and relevant conclusions are asfollows:(1) combining the theory of concrete-filled steel tube pile, the system analysis ofthe large diameter rock-socketed piles and the mechanical characteristics of concretefilled steel tube column, the m method was proposed based on combination of stiffnesscalculation of steel protecting tube of rock-socketed pile horizontal bearing capacity, byconsidering the presence of steel liners comparative analysis of two cases can be seenafter considering the effect of the steel liners improve the horizontal bearing capacity ofpile foundation, pile body stress is more uniform and reasonable.(2) according to the similarity theory, combined with the actual project, completedthe model design, including the determination of model materials, the determination ofmaterial parameters of the conversion model material, production of the model, loadingdesign, in the cross section of the measuring point arrangement, etc. Made with steelliners rock-socketed depth respectively when the3d,4d,5d, a total of6root pilehorizontal bearing properties tests have been carried out. Under horizontal load, bendingsteel than ordinary rock-socketed pile rock-socketed pile performance is greatlyimproved, the carrying capacity of pile foundation increased dramatically.(3) reference laboratory model experiment parameters, application of numericalsimulation with software ABAQUS to create numerical model, through analysis andcomparision of the data of indoor model test, results, and verified the feasibility andvalidity of numerical simulation. Establish a prototype orchard port phase ii project pilefoundation parameters based on the finite element model, the analysis found underhorizontal load steel liners share about80%of the stress; Through on the depth ofrock-socketed steel, wall thickness, an overlay, mud, steel liners have belt rib andfoundation parameters, such as the analysis discusses the horizontal bearing capacity ofthe steel liners, and the sensitivity of the influence factors analysis, and improvementmeasures are put forward.
