Before the three gorges reservoir, to meet the needs of inland waterway transport for large, professional, put forward in the natural river big domestic water level difference(water level is more than 20 m) overhead vertical wharf structure, there are a large number of text data and mechanics research and engineering practice as a foundation for research. But as built the three gorges project reservoir, the traditional overhead vertical wharf construction, use, and great changes have taken place in hydrological conditions, already can not adapt to the needs of the development of construction, especially in a large number of orchard of chongqing port port construction practice, the discovery and understanding in the short time of high amplitude, low water and steep rock on the wharf construction existing problems, and the research results of this paper is mainly using the laboratory model experiment and the method of numerical simulation, analysis of large diameter care tube of the mechanical behavior of rock-socketed pile. And the study results applied to the engineering example.The main research results of this paper has the following aspects:(1) by using ABAQUS software combined with physical model analysis of large diameter steel liners of rock-socketed pile under the vertical vertical force and horizontal transverse force under the action of bearing character at the same time. At the same time get along with the increase of steel liners rock-socketed depth, there exists a critical value, the rock-socketed depth after more than a critical value, even if continue to increase rock-socketed depth, the horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundation has no significant effect. Applied to the engineering example of ordinary rock-socketed piles socketed depth take 4 times to 5 times the pile diameter, pile diameter and steel liners of rock-socketed pile embedded in the depth of pick up to 2 times the depth of the pile diameter pile diameter.(2) through the finite element analysis of the factors influencing steel protecting tube pile horizontal bearing capacity of: presence of covering soil, mud, presence of convex rib can effectively ensure the steel liners and the pile core concrete as a whole, its mechanical characteristics as a whole.(3) the combination of numerical simulation and laboratory model, analysis of the stress characteristics of three interface research bearing character analysis of concrete filled steel tube column, lays the foundation for better overall mechanical characteristics.(4) proposed steel liners of rock-socketed pile construction steel hoop two-way dangling support system construction technology and construction quality control requirements. And according to the hydrological conditions of big gorge reservoir water level difference and the geological conditions of steep rock, carry out local backfill of steel tube pile computing technology.Research results of similar projects large diameter rock-socketed pile design and construction of the steel liners have reference value.
