Uneven distribution of water resources and agricultural irrigation water use conflicts between restricting the development of society,full use of the irrigated area surrounding all kinds of water resources is the best way to resolve conflict.North of the Yellow River is China’s agriculture irrigation,however content of sediment in the Yellow River water cannot drip irrigation systems can be used directly to irrigate,there is an urgent need to think of preparation of high sediment content water purification device.Combining early preliminary results,an in-depth study on the multistage inclined plate separator in change ramp spacing combining effect on separation efficiency of sediment after;At different concentration and flow rate of the water under test conditions,Analysis at all levels of concentration separation devices overflow,sediment separation rate and D50;Using orthogonal test, analysis of variance and analysis of optimal combination of all test parameters of the device,for making large flow and sediment after appliance Guide.Main contents of the tests:according to ramp angle and sediment loading to calculate ramp theory separation rate for65.1%,test results than the majority of the total separation rate,Verify the advantages of this unit for separation of sediments from;With four different ramp combinations respectively followed by concentration and flow rate test,Identify first,second and third-level ramp spacing is8mm,5mm and3mm to the appliance the best ramp combo,and adjust the ramp width direction angle, Be inclined plate width direction of45°and60°respectively in favour of sedimentation; Finally using orthogonal test,analysis of variance and very poor analytical study on effect of device parameters on the separation rate,resulting impact primary and secondary separation rate parameters are arranged as ramp space, into the stream flow and sediment concentration.The analysis concluded that while,using the theory of similarity principle the appliance expand,calculate values for device parameters corresponding enlarged,in order to provide insights in the future when making large flow-separation equipment,and issues for further research to explore.
