As a significant way to release the metropolitan traffic pressure and promote the sustainable development of a city, urban rail transit needs rapid development. Crew scheduling problem is an important part of the transportation organization plan, which influences the overall operating level and service quality of urban rail transit systems. A reasonable crew scheduling plan is meaning for decreasing crew expenses, motivating the workers and increasing operational efficiency. Combing with the principle of crew scheduling in daily days and the situation of outburst passenger flow, the problems of crew scheduling are studied thoroughly.First, a clear definition of crew scheduling problem for urban rail transit is given, and which is expounded in terms of optimization steps and basic characteristics through analyzing transportation organization plan in urban rail transit. Combing with the target of crew scheduling under outburst passenger flow, relevant concepts such as datum time, crews on the line and crews on standby are defined. The adjustment of crew scheduling is quantitatively analyzed based on the interference management theory, which lay the foundation for the optimization of daily crew scheduling and crew scheduling adjustment in the situation of outburst passenger flow.Second, on the basis of classification of task types "day shift and night shift" and "regular day shift", a model is set up according to the constraints of the coverage, validity and feasibility of duty, which is aiming at minimizing overtime and duration time between the pieces.Adaptive clonal selection algorithm is put forward to solve the model.Third, the concept of virtual depots is set up and a model for crew scheduling adjustment is built based on the types of crews. Adaptive clonal selection algorithm is designed to solve the model, whose objective function is supplemented by minimizing radius of crew scheduling adjustment and the time departing the virtual depots.Finally, Beijing Metro line13is taken as an example and adaptive clonal selection algorithm is used to solve the model of daily crew scheduling problem and crew scheduling adjustment problem under outburst passenger flow. By analyzing the results of computing, the validity and practicability of the models and algorithm are tested.
