With the continuous growth of urban population, the frequent organization of commercial activities and the network development of rail transit lines, the passenger pressure from rail transit is also increasing. The mass passenger flow has become one of the main risk points in operation. In order to give full play to the benefits of rail transit and ensure the operational safety of the rail transit system during the mass passenger flow period,it is required to carry out coordinated disposal through both stations and trains based on passengers' demand.Based on the demand of outburst mass passenger flow, this paper takes a series of related research on the models and methods for passenger flow control and evacuation. The main research work includes:(1)The analysis of the formation of outburst mass passenger flow for urban rail transit and common disposal methods.According to whether the outburst mass passenger flow can be predicted,it is divided into two types: predictable and unpredictable outburst mass passenger flow. And the reasons for the formation of mass passenger flow are analyzed from the carrying capacity of the stations' equipment and the limited capacity of the trains. On this basis, according to the conventional passenger holding and evacuation strategies, the characteristics of different disposal strategies are analyzed. It is concluded that the outburst mass passenger flow gathering in a short time should be considered from the passenger control at stations and stop-schedule plan of trains.(2)Study on the mechanism of outburst mass passenger flow propagation based on the connection relationship between passengers and trains.Combining the OD data collected by the AFC system and the train schedule data to restore the interaction between trains and passengers, the calculation method of passenger retention period based on the shortest travel route is proposed.Based on this, the station loading rate, the detention rate and the train section full load rate are analyzed. The quantitative analysis of the model and the case shows that the propagation of outburst mass passenger flow in the rail transit network has space-time continuity. At the same time,it provides passenger flow basis for the follow-up station control flow strategies and the train stop-schedule optimized plans.(3)Modeling of station control flow strategies and train stop-schedule optimized plans for forecasting outburst mass passenger flow.Based on the inbound mass passenger flow and the transfer mass passenger flow of the ordinary station and the transfer station, the station passenger flow control model constrained by the platform capacity is proposed respectively. And then on the basis of the actual passenger flow demand after the flow control, taking the shortest passenger waiting period in the direction of outburst mass passenger flow as the target, the optimization model of the train stop plan is established, and the Q learning algorithm is used to solve the problem.(4)Modeling of station control flow strategies and train stop-schedule optimized plans for unpredictable outburst mass passenger flow.Considering that the passenger travel plan will change under unpredictable conditions, based on the stochastic user equilibrium distribution theory, the passenger travel choice behavior model is established to allocate the inbound passenger flow.Subsequently, according to the demand of the waiting passenger flow, the optimization model of the train stop scheme in the direction of outburst mass passenger flow under unpredictable conditions is established, and a real-world metro case is solved through PYTHON.The main innovations are:(1)On the basis of actual operational data,a method for estimating the passenger retention period based on the shortest path of passenger travel is used to study the distribution and spread of passengers on the rail transit network.(2)A method for inversely estimating the passenger flow sharing ratio of each line based on the sudden inbound large passenger flow of the transfer station is proposed. The source of passengers before the occurrence of the predictable event is taken as the destination of the passenger after the event, and the passenger is matched by the OD to the corresponding line direction.(3)For the transfer mass passenger flow at the transfer station, the adjacent train stop-schedule plan based on the arrival time is proposed that constrained by the safe capacity of the platform.(4)In the condition of unpredictable outburst mass passenger flow,a passenger travel choice behavior model based on stochastic user equilibrium distribution theory is proposed. The two factors of passenger additional waiting time and transfer additional travel time are considered as the basis for selection.(5)Considering the passenger waiting demand in the direction of large passenger flow line,it is proposed to minimize the average waiting period of passengers, balance the waiting period of passengers at each station, and reduce the stranded passenger flow of mass passenger stations. The results can provide significant theoretical basis and practical methods or mass passenger flow control and evacuation problems during outburst mass passenger flow periods, which can improve the passenger evacuation efficiency of mass passenger stations and ensure the order and safety of large passenger stations. The results also have great significance to achieve the social and economic benefit of urban rail transit with good application prospects and values...
