ABSTRACT:It is an important way to improve the competitiveness of the automotive industry, to ensure energy security and to develop the low carbon economy by developing the electric vehicles. The advantages of non-polluting, high energy efficiency and energy diversification of the electric vehicles make it become the new hot spot, since the environmental requirements and rising oil prices have become big problems we have to face with. Countries around the world all develop appropriate plans to the development of electric vehicles. The rapid development of electric vehicles has brought a greater influence to the development of related industries such as the batteries. The battery has great impact on the environment and resource industries. In order to truly ensure the "low carbon" effect of the electric vehicles, it is necessary to make rational plan of the battery producing and recover and make good use of all the scrap batteries.This paper summarizes the research status of electric vehicles and batteries. A simulation model about the processing of electric vehicles consuming batteries is established based on the Anylogic simulation platform, regarding the electric vehicles and batteries as the main bodies of the MAS. The eight factors which affect the number of the battery consumption, including battery charging time, the refurbished rate, battery cycle life, electric vehicle life, the time required to replace the battery, the number of electric vehicles, the time required to refurbish the battery, battery life time are analyzed in detail. We find that the three factors of battery cycle life, the number of electric vehicles and battery life time are the most sensitive, which impact battery consumption amount most. At last, the curve regression analysis and error analysis is between the three factors and the battery consumption.
