The electrical vehicle (EV) is the most development potential transportation in the future, which is important in both emission reduction and high-effective energy utility, and EV charging injection into grid has played an important part in smart grid. EV as a newly sprouted thing, is lack of research of how to formulate the price of charging/battery swapping services and relevant data. How to calculate the cost of entity construction and operating etc. has been the main reason that restricts the development of electric vehicles. In addition, a large number of EVs charging will affect the normal operation of grid. The impact caused by diversity, interval and positions of EVs charging is also the key problem of large scale application need to be solved. This paper overviews the previous research of EVs charging/battery swapping station (CBSS), EV industry situation, and proposes the needs of Nanjing Jiangning CBSS, which laid the foundation of the rest of this paper. the example of CPU CBSS is used to introduce its scale and configuration, analyse electrical buses charging/battery swapping demand and operating model. Based on statistics and investigation of the related cost data the CBSS cost analysis model is established. At last, for the CBSS plug-in charging mode operation, it analyses the charging demand and researches peak-valley electricity price method, based on which the optimistic model of plug-in charging model control strategy considering the time of use electricity price is established and optimistic charging power in continuous and interval charging condition for each moment is obtained.
